Recognized as an expert and posseses demonstrated success in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives; Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automation and simplified processes. Scope specifics include complex issues resolution and delivery of initiatives related to the risk systems/tools/applications managed by the Risk Platform Solutions group.

Experience translating business requirements into RSA Archer configuration

Ability to collaborate and work with geographically distributed team members, domestic and international
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences and to translate between the two
Demonstrates advanced problem solving, analysis, and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities vary and may include one or more of the following:
Apply knowledge of industry trends and technology to help drive technology advancements and/or change
Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
Participate in enabling business process through technology
Act as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Identify and coordinate creation of user stories and product backlog items (Agile development)
Translate business requirements into RSA Archer configuration
Develop test plan components and test scripts
Conduct and/or coordinate quality assurance and/or user acceptance testing and tracking of resultsconfigure or administer requirements and common components, access, workflows, etc. within Operational Risk systems
Understand and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met
May also be responsible for the following activities:
Document and administer change management requests or backlog items
Participate in daily Scrum meetings
