Regional Manager, Murrumbidgee Job in Wagga Wagga & Riverina Australia

You will support the Executive team by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our valued stakeholders; coordinating logistics (e.g., offices and co-locations, vehicle pool); identifying, managing and reporting on risks and issues (not pertaining to clinical program delivery); managing contracts and preparing and delivering financial reports.
This role is a crucial contributor to the success of Marathon Health and the ability of the residents of the Murrumbidgee area to access our outstanding services.
This is a permanent role. On offer is a base salary negotiable on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be able to access generous salary packing provisions of up to $15,900 per annum.

Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and report on operational and logistical matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • A sound commercial understanding.
  • A tenacious approach to solving problems.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment whilst also working autonomously.
  • Excellent supervision and people management skills.
  • Sound computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Current Drivers License and willingness to travel in regional, rural and remote NSW / ACT.
