1. Needs to be aware of HR business process like recruitment, payroll, benefits etc. 2. Needs to have basic SQL knowledge. 3. Experience working on any HR system or HR ERP's as a user is a plus. 4. Singapore Citizen, who has knowledge of local HR policies and procedures is a must. 5. Should be willing to learn new HRMS products and quickly be able to manage functional work on such products. 6. Should be willing to travel in the APAC region for requirement gathering, deployment and during other phases of a project
