•Focus and grow business in the government and commercial sector •Manage Accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with client •Increase our share-of-wallet in the Account •Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers •Meet Quarterly Target for the Sales TCV •Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts •Understand client business needs and budget and formulate value proposition specific to the opportunity to win deals •Demonstrate understanding in Complex Solutioning, consultative and innovative deal construct. •Work closely with support functions (like Presales/Delivery/Marketing etc.) for creating a compelling solution / proposal and leading and delivering presentations •Proactively scan the market, research, connect with Marketing •Accurate and timely internal reporting including CRM update as per the defined procedure and needs •Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation •Good understanding of Global Delivery in the areas of Custom Apps, Microsoft, Oracle, and other Enterprise Packages •Manage the "Account Receivables" with customers •Manage team of 2-3 sales team members •Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment •Detail-oriented, quality driven and deliverables-oriented •Singaporean with strong experience in government sector (for TA reference, the candidate should have good connects / links) •Good understanding of latest technologies •Preferably technology knowledge in two or more areas - Microsoft, Oracle, CRM, Content and Collaboration, BPM, Middleware •Experience 12-15 years
