Key deliverable will include but are not limited to:
- Cyclical leadership and management of the annual salary review and performance management process
- Drive the review of Reward strategy to ensure the company is positioned well to attract and retain talent
- Build brand, develop EVP to support Talent Acquisition and manage the process for Group office
- Support the leadership with regard to employee relations matters – be it engagement or contentious matters
- Ensure that policies and practices are consistent and in line with best practice and that Employee Handbooks and policies are up to date
- Work closely with the Managing Directors to actively manage the career/talent management to support succession and retention
- Manage new joiner processes ensuring a continually good candidate experience and supportive integration process as well as managing departures
- Oversee management of HRIS ensuring accurate data collection (Success Factors)
- Act as guide and mentor to the HR team internationally
- Attend and present at the annual and mid-year strategy meetings
- Support the Chairman and COO in their roles and other projects and duties as reasonably requested
This role would suit someone that is an experienced HR Head/Lead with experience working in a diversified business environment that is happy to work both tactically and strategically. You must be able to coach, influence and guide the Heads of the Businesses on any people related matters. You will be someone that has succeeded in supporting organisational change and can work as a commercial HR Business Partners to support the organisation. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to engage the leadership team quickly.
