The role involves all aspects of customer service, for local and international customers in a team of 5. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the role is varied and exciting from responding to customer enquiries, creating quotes, processing orders, providing support to the external sales team, working with freight companies, raising local & overseas commercial invoices to maintaining and utilizing a CRM database.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar customer service and administration based customer focused role
- Excellent numeracy skills and high level data entry accuracy
- Impeccable customer liaison skills
- Excellent knowledge ERP systems such as MYOB, SAP, Exonet or similar.
- Significant experience liaising with warehouses and couriers to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Outstanding experience and proficiency in assisting Sales Reps with customer information, stock and freight quotes
- Excellent MS Office/Excel skills.
