As a Consultant at Randstad Malaysia you acquire and build strong networks with both candidates and clients to ensure you are creating matches on your clients open vacancies. You will conduct a full end to end recruitment process including applying a mutli-faceted sourcing strategy, behavioural based interviews, cold calling and negotiating client offers to candidates. This is a fast paced role in a high performance team working towards individual KPI’s and sales targets.
Duties
- To achieve personal delivery target through:
- Developing and managing a defined candidate base
- Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services to clients and candidates
- Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
- End to end recruitment
- Client acquisition and management through cold and warm calling
- Organising work, administration and reporting
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting & finance recruitment OR B2B sales OR have relevant industry experience
- Cold calling skills preferred
- Resilient
- Team player
- Previous experience in client/senior stakeholder management
- Previous experience working in a KPI driven OR sales target environment
- Mature minded with accountability for your own work
- Possess commercial drive
