Recruitment Consultant Job in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Malaysia

As a Consultant at Randstad Malaysia you acquire and build strong networks with both candidates and clients to ensure you are creating matches on your clients open vacancies. You will conduct a full end to end recruitment process including applying a mutli-faceted sourcing strategy, behavioural based interviews, cold calling and negotiating client offers to candidates. This is a fast paced role in a high performance team working towards individual KPI’s and sales targets.
  • To achieve personal delivery target through:
  • Developing and managing a defined candidate base
  • Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services to clients and candidates
  • Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
  • End to end recruitment
  • Client acquisition and management through cold and warm calling
  • Organising work, administration and reporting
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting & finance recruitment OR B2B sales OR have relevant industry experience
  • Cold calling skills preferred
  • Resilient
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in client/senior stakeholder management
  • Previous experience working in a KPI driven OR sales target environment
  • Mature minded with accountability for your own work
  • Possess commercial drive
