Service Advisor/Administration Job in Ballarat & Central Highlands Australia

Edge Automotive is a customer orientated automotive repair business.
We service and repair all makes and models, specialising in late model vehicles.
Edge Automotive is looking for a energetic person to help grow our business whilst upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful applicant will be required to meet and great customers during drop
off and pick up of their vehicle.
Customer service and invoicing will be required, full training on the use of our systems will be provided.
Depending on the applicants qualifications workshop experience may be available in future.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant must be proficient and have a good understanding of invoicing.
Experience in the Automotive industry would be and advantage but not essential.
Computer skills are essential. 
The applicant must have pleasant customer service skills and be able to communicate well with staff, suppliers and customers.
