The Global Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for providing marketing automation expertise and strategy in supporting our demand generation efforts. They will also work closely with the global marketing operations team in creating and influencing the desired global framework in order to create consistent processes and improved results. Looking for someone who likes to build, is forward thinking and can execute innovative marketing operations excellence.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Subject matter expertise and best practices for marketing automation and campaign execution
- Work in collaboration with Field Marketing teams around campaign optimization, tracking and reporting
- Provide education and guidance on how to best leverage available functionalities and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and determine feasibility
- Monitor and consistently improve lead scoring and lead flow
- Collaborate with campaign teams to develop nurture framework and implement within Eloqua and CRM system
- Partner with Marketing Technology and IT teams to evaluate and implement tools and technologies that will support and improve marketing performance

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.
Background/Experience
- Strong understanding and experience with CRM, lead and marketing automation systems and practices
- 3+ years hands-on advanced marketing automation experience using Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot. Related marketing automation platform certification preferred
- Solid experience executing automated marketing nurture campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing and executing demand generation campaigns or programs
- Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
Skills
- Strong data evaluation skills – with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
- Multi-task while understanding a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work successfully within marketing, sales and analytic tools and articulate business needs and drive toward requirements
- HTML and/or JAVA script experience preferred
