You will work regionally with the majority of your time spent across the office network supporting senior management. A passion for systems and an eye for detail is key as you will play a key role in the management of HR records including reporting.
This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor or an HR Administrator/ Co-ordinator seeking the next step in their career.
Your responsibilities:
·Manage HR systems and ensure data accuracy / take responsibility for reporting
·Generate contracts and maintain documentation
·Build credible and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
Your Background:
·You will be CIPD qualified or currently working towards the Level 3 qualification or higher
·Experience working to deadlines in a highly demanding and fast paced environment
·Proven relationship management ability
·Proficient in using HR systems and comfortable in managing a demanding administrative workload
