Your duties will include being responsible for preparing documentation, liaising with clients, councils and consultants. You will predominantly be working on construction documentation, however there is definitely scope to progress in your career and gain some further all round exposure. You will have the benefit of taking complete ownership and responsibility of the construction documentation and you will have full autonomy in this role.
- 5 + years experience producing Construction Documentation on a variety of large scale projects with the confidence to take the initiative.
- Experience within high density residential and mixed use sectors
- Ability to work in a variety of projects at various stages
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team
- Experience using AutoCAD is essential and REVIT experience would be highly regarded
