Health Economics and Outcomes Research Senior Manager Job in Mississauga Canada

The candidate will be responsible for the developing health economic strategy and models for all future Novo Nordisk products in the expanding high performing Novo Nordisk Canada Market Access and Public Affairs team. The candidate will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders including brand teams, clinical, medical and regulatory affairs and the global head office in Denmark. The candidate will be responsible for evidence generation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders focused on demonstrating real-world economic and clinical benefits addressing payer’s needs and supporting market access. The candidate will also engage in dialogue with the external environment on HTA and HEOR agenda and policy.


The candidate holds at minimum a Master’s degree in an appropriate field such as health economics, outcomes research, data science, PharmD with data analytics, epidemiology or statistics/biostatistics. Working experience with primary research and analysis of health outcomes data from relevant sources is a requirement. The candidate has a deep understanding of quantitative data analysis using health outcomes data preferably combined with clinical understanding. Experience with external partnerships and collaboration with payers and health care providers will be a benefit. The candidate has strong communication skills, a strong collaborative mind-set, strong project management skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
