Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration or human resources management
0-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of administrative procedures & systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms & reports, and other office procedures.
Knowledge of Personnel & Human Resources principles including procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Knowledge of personal employee development; human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation.
