Office Manager Job at established SME Dubai United Arab Emirates

Our client, an established SME requires an enthusiastic and experienced Office Manager to run their head office on a full-time flexible basis.

Responsibilities will include;
- Customer relationship management
- Basic invoicing, accounting and running payroll
- Integration of CRM to marketing and accounts departments

An established yacht consultancy in Dubai
The Person
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of small business systems
- Basic understanding of Quickbooks 
- Preferably Zoho CRM experience 
- Understanding of UAE HR legislation
