Job Description
- The scope of responsibility is payment and cash management products / within flow management department
- Examine all existing payment & cash management products and benchmark to competition and customer needs.
- Uplift and package products and service to match customer needs.
- Develop new payment & cash management products and regulatory framework.
- Provide customer support and make sure customers are facing no problems with provided products / services
- Continuous contact with the client to get product feedback and troubleshooting
- Undertake frequent offer survey to be updated with markets
- Have proper control of MIS needed for following up product performance
- Planning follow up on each product to identify needed enhancement.

- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and generate leads and business opportunities
- Solid knowledge of banking products & services & operations.
- Excellent computer skills
- Problem solving and ability to make decisions.
- 7-9 years of experience in the same field.
- Familiarities of Central bank of Egypt guidelines and policies.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal / organization skills.
- Efficient time management and strong analytical skills.
- Hard worker and go-getter.
- Enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated & has the ability to work under stress
- Accurate & alert.
- Excellent English communication and written skills
