As a Recruitment Consultant with the deVere Group you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and successfully hiring Wealth Management, Financial Services, Sales and Business Development Professionals Internationally for our key offices across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Far East, South East Asia and Europe (Western & Central).
Job Description:
  • Sourcing and on-boarding of Financial Coordinators, Wealth Managers and Trainee Wealth Advisors.
  • Managing key relationships with the deVere Group management, employees and candidates. Working closely with concerned department managers across the globe to ensure staffing requirements are met on a timely and efficient manner.
  • Effectively utilizing online recruitment options such as social media platforms including but not limited to; Facebook, Twitter, International Job Portals and networking forums.
  • Usage of LinkedIn, Boolean Search and other respective Job Portals.
