Sales Manager Job in Dallas, TX, US

We have embarked on an aggressive buildout of our sales team in the US and are looking for sales managers in Chicago, Dallas and NYC. The Sales Manager must possess three key skills:
  • Ability to own and manage the sales process from cold calling/prospecting to opportunity identification/qualification, solution co-creation, proposal submission, negotiations and closure. Successfully manage multiple pursuits - track, organize calling plans, proposals and multiple conversations against prospects, and manage time and resources against changing priorities
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of prospects and their industry; including business initiatives, industry trends, competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics.
  • Own senior level prospect relationships and skillfully navigate organizations to position Antuit as a strategic, transformative data analytics partner of choice. Educate the client on analytic methods, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make.
  • Add strategic value to the relationship to sell our services and solutions from initial opportunities to multi-year relationships.
Ability to collaborate with geographically diverse internal teams: As a global, matrixed organization, our pursuits get complex very quickly.
  • The Sales Manager must demonstrate ability to work with global teams across technologies, products and services that come together to create and deliver unique business value to clients
  • Sales Manager must have an ability to internally articulate client pain-points and key business objectives based on their deep understanding of the client context
  • Candidate must be open to working across time zones
  • Be seen a trusted partner for the client, Antuit client solutions teams, Antuit cross functional organizations and Antuit business partners

  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish
  • Strong executive level presence
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years progressive and/or related experience (3+ years for junior sales role)
  • Proven track record at a consulting/services company or an analytics ISV
  • Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking and drive Antuit’s business agenda.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen
