Handles the day-to-day administrative operations for a department, provides a
multiple of tasks to support a team within Technical environment:
- Meetings organization, travel, visa application, visit co-ordination
- Employee's onboarding (find seat, obtain IDD, onboarding program..)& exit clearance
- Raise Purchase requisite (name cards, stationeries, laptop..)
- Guide to DHL online portal for courier service
- General administration support (IC headcount/housekeep for office inspection, membership renewal, follow-up on unpaid invoices, generate of report, purchase of snacks for meetings & trainings, distribution of mails, IAR submission for asset purchase (computer), coordination on office renovation..
- Manage and fill Booking hours tool (MSTT, SAP..)
She/he will also be in charge of administrating development tools:
- Support Software Configuration Management Tools (ClearCase..)
- Support Requirement Management Tools (RequisitePro, Jira..)
- Support of Project Management Tools (MSTT, DST, PSnextClearQuest, Genesis..)
- Maintenance of Project Data Management (PDM) Systems
- Support IT tools IT by interfaçing with local IT (Cap Gemini, IT-GOV)
