Warehouse - Return Manager Job in Vietnam

Reporting to the Head of Warehouse, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing, implementing, and managing reverse supply chain objectives
  • Working directly with internal and external parties including operations, category management, accounting/finance, customers, vendors and warranty centers.
  • Inbound responsibilities for receiving and processing all returned orders, developing return policies and procedures
  • Outbound responsibilities for all transferred product to Returns Warehouse; ensuring storing locations organized; preparing and shipping RTV (Return To Supplier)
  • Processing a minimum of all inbound returns received on a daily basis and all current outbound RTV’s in the designated time frame, while maintaining an accuracy level
  • Compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity monitoring
  • Managing the cycle count activity for return area
  • Ensuring of return compliance with local and regional policies
  • Ensuring SLA for return for customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring the domestic return & failed delivery shipment from 3PLs
  • Carrying out investigations into any accidents or near-miss incidents
  • Carrying out 5S practices and Kaizen activities within outbound area (ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times).
  • Being prepared to assist with other departments in the warehouse as and when required
  • Carrying out internal health and safety audits as and when requested
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in returns management, reverse logistics, and/or warehouse operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn in a fast moving environment
  • Pro-active and positive attitude
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
