Role purpose:
Will be responsible for partnering with local senior leaders to support the development and implementation of local people plans and processed
The successful candidate will:
- Partner with site and/or functional leaders to determine key people priorities and deliver solutions to ensure the organization capability, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals
- Provide expert, well-reasonedand flexible HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with Syngenta policy and local regulations and standards
- Coach and challenge local leaders to develop the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy, and to provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of their leadership capability
- Partner with local senior leaders to support change management capability to enable leadership team development, business transformation and the ongoing development of Syngenta's unique culture
- lmplement high quality and robust HR disciplines such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent management and people development
- Coach and advise local leaders on all aspects of people management, including employee relations, cultural change and people development in line with Syngenta philosophy and policy
- Collaborate with local and regional CoEs and relevant BP colleagues to design and deliver best practice HR solutions in line with global standards
- Be accountable for HR compliance in line with local regulations and standards and to manage business risk arising from employment liability
- Collaborate with HR Services to ensure effective delivery of HR operations
- Where relevant, to lead, motivate and develop a small team of local HR business partners
- Contribute to and lead as appropriate, local HR projects

Experience required:
- 8 years of HR experience
- Coaching experience and support for leaders and their teams
- Effective experience of HR initiatives, processes, policies, tools and procedures in a global organization
Education:
- Graduation completed
- Masters degree in business or a human resources discipline or recognized HR professional qualification
