Sales Manager – BA Job at Airswift Salvador, Brazil

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Administration or related areas;
  • Brazilians only;
  • Languages: Portuguese Fluent / Native, Intermediate English;
  • It is essential to have experience in sales for the retail market in one of the following branches: lubricants, auto parts, bearings, or the like;
  • Experience in sales team management / sales rep;
  • Experience in sales strategy development for the aforementioned markets;
  • MBA will be a differential;
  • Good relationship with internal / external / customer / management teams;
Activities
  • Keeping up-to-date with the market, identifying business opportunities in its area of ??activity and developing appropriate strategies based on the client's understanding and needs;
  • Approve sales negotiation, monitoring the sales orders made by the team under its responsibility, indicating actions and successes, whenever necessary;
  • Make visits to clients together with the Commercial Representative, assisting in negotiations that ensure better business for the company;
  • Distribute sales targets to the team under your responsibility and track your results, pointing out the adjustment needs, if necessary;
  • Evaluate the negotiation carried out by the team and ensuring the responsible financial management to reduce the risk of the company;
  • Represent the Company at fairs, events, meetings, class associations, segment entities and other events, aiming to strengthen relationships and prospect clients;
  • Accompany customers to visit the factory, being responsible for presenting the facilities to the customer during the visit;
  • Plan and monitor the realization of sales / portfolio management of clients in points of sale, analyzing schedules and indicating actions for the team;
  • Management of all logistics and documentation of the team from the customer portfolio, to the point sheet and KPIs;
  • Among other activities assigned to the position.

  • Requisitos
    • Bacharelado em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
    • Línguas: Português Fluente/Nativo, Inglês intermediário;
    • Imprescindível ter experiência em vendas para o mercado varejo em um dos seguintes ramos: lubrificantes, autopeças, rolamentos, ou similares;
    • Experiência em gerenciamento de equipe de vendas/representante de vendas;
    • Experiência em desenvolvimento de estratégia de vendas para os mercados citados;
    • Pós graduação / MBA será um diferencial;
    • Bom relacionamento com as equipes internas/externas/cliente/gestão;

    Atividades
    • Manter-se atualizado ao mercado, identificando oportunidades de negócios na sua área de atuação e desenvolvendo estratégias apropriadas baseadas no entendimento do cliente e suas necessidades;
    • Aprovar negociação de vendas, monitorando os pedidos de venda realizados pela equipe sob sua responsabilidade, indicando ações e acertos, sempre que necessário;
    • Fazer visitas a clientes juntamente com o Assessor Comercial, auxiliando em negociações que garantam melhores negócios para a empresa;
    • Distribuir metas de venda para a equipe sob sua responsabilidade e acompanhar seus resultados, apontando as necessidades de ajustes, se necessário;
    • Avaliar a negociação realizada pela equipe e garantindo a gestão financeira responsável para redução do risco da empresa;
    • Representar a Empresa em feiras, eventos, reuniões, associações de classe, entidades de segmentos e outros eventos, visando estreitar relação e prospectar clientes;
    • Acompanhar clientes em visita à fábrica, responsabilizando-se pela apresentação das instalações ao cliente durante a visita;
    • Planejar e monitorar a realização de vendas/ gestão de carteira de clientes nos pontos de venda, analisando agendas e indicando ações para a equipe;
    • Gerenciamento de toda a logística e documentação da equipe desde a carteira de clientes, até a folha de ponto e KPIs;
    • Dentre outras atividades designadas ao cargo.
