Job Location: Sahab - Jordan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the same field.

Job duties & responsibilities:
  • Monitor the execution of the sales plan and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of sales, in addition to directing corrective actions to overcome obstacles.
  • Continuous communication with customers to ensure meeting their expectations in terms of products and quality provided.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures implemented in sales to enhance the effectiveness of the work of the sales function.
  • Think creatively and provide new ideas, techniques and methodologies to introduce and provide the company's products to major customers.
  • Support the sales manager with the necessary information and studies on actual sales to expand and develop the activities of the company and its sales.
  • Supervising the team of salespeople by providing support and developing the sales process as well as to provide advice and guidance when needed.
  • Follow-up to the achievement of the sales team according to the sales plan, and how to achieve performance indicators (such as profit margin, collection rates, visits, etc.).
  • Follow-up on the levels of expired medications and take the necessary actions to deal with.
  • Contribute to the collection process in coordination with the Accounting in order to insure that customer accounts are within the specified limits in order to avoid any financial risk or reduce them.
  • Supervise salespeople, daily movements and areas covered by them and provide advice and guidance in work-related situations, dealing with customers and company's products.
