Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: HQ - Islamabad
Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition
The role acts as Talent Acquisition Business Partner for different departments. Major responsibility is to ensure adequate sourcing and timely recruitment of assigned departments. Ensure that manpower needs & talent placement is aligned with business needs of the company. To design and conduct ‘employer branding initiatives’. Furthermore assisting Head of Talent Acquisition in sound practices in the areas of manpower planning, employer branding, graduate programs, induction process, policies and procedures. The role entails high level of interaction with respective Line Managers, HODs & Chiefs on a daily basis.
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. Understanding the requisition, drafting job descriptions, advertising jobs, sourcing and screening incumbents, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate.
Knowing the needs of business and hiring managers. Maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders, whilst helping them find the best employees for their unit.
Attract potential employees through a range of means- such as through social media advertising and networking.
Evaluate the competency buckets with our vendor i.e. Hire-Labs to design online-assessment test against the positions below AM. Conduct these tests and ensure minimum threshold is cleared.
Conduct panel interviews and ensure quality based hiring through following a competency based interview methodology.
Develop, coordinate and implement selection and recruitment related policies and procedures.
Make on-boarding arrangements and announcements of new joiners.
Propose, design and improve Fresh graduate recruitment programs like management trainees and Summer Internship Programs.
To develop and update selection and recruitment related forms which are user friendly and easy to understand.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of existing HRIS in order to make full use of it in efficient and effective way.
Designing a dashboard which presents recruitment metrics and health check reports such as turn-around time, cost per hire, new hire performance index, recruitment to HR cost index, employer brand index etc.
Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor or Master degrees preferably in business management from a well reputed university.
1-3 years of experience in any HR domain.
Be able to effectively communicate at all levels of organization
