We need our Service Coordination Officer to provide administrative service coordination that is responsive and timely to meet all of our needs and the needs of our families. Of course they will also work very closely with the dedicated Care Managers.
Your prior experience in service coordination, your familiarity in community support, aged care and experience in scheduling rosters will be ideal. Qualifications in either Community Services, Aged Care, Administration, Social Sciences or Welfare, along with good computer knowledge on MS Office packages and Procura will be highly regarded. If you are a patient and person oriented individual this is a perfect opportunity for you.
