To lead the IT Department in order to ensure efficient identification of and catering to Company hardware and software needs at optimum cost benefit, ensuring excellence in technical and database support to Company staff
Qualifications:
*The requirements listed below are the knowledge, skills and abilities required to hold and perform this position:
-University degree preferably Computer science.
-10-15 years of experience.
-Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferable.
-Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
-Very good ability in setting up and maintaining database.
-Very good communication skills with a high customer service orientation.
-Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
-Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-Keen on self and employee development.
-Very good written &and spoken English.
