We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Bookkeeper to join our office team at Geebung. As the only team member responsible for accounting tasks the role demands an individual who can work autonomously, is highly organised and can meet deadlines. Industry experience would be helpful to the individual as you would be dealing with a large volume of transactions each month.
This role is Full Time but school hours may be possible. Only applicants available for immediate start should apply.
Key Duties:
- Administer all day to day accounting requirements, including accounts receivable and payable using SimPRO and Xero
- Reconciliation of all accounts and credit cards
- Aged Receivable reporting and debt recovery
- Monthly BAS completion and Payroll Tax reporting
- Superannuation payments
- End of Month management reporting
- Maintain budget and Cash Flow projections
This role will suit individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience in all aspects of day to day accounting
- Construction industry or similar experience essential
- Strong debt recovery skills
- Proficient with Xero
- SimPRO experience preferred
