The Graduate Process Engineer role is a newly created position to support the growth of Carbon Revolution by assisting with the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes. Reporting to a Senior Manufacturing Engineer the role will entail:
- Standardising and optimising existing manufacturing processes to increase manufacturing throughput, improve OEE and part quality
- Preparing 2D/3D CAD drawings and preliminary designs for projects
- Developing, implementing and maintaining process control documentation including traceability and quality metrics for current and new manufacturing processes
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining training documentation and training of production operators for new processes
- Involvement in project costing and managing external suppliers
- Coordination of maintenance and repair services.
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate who is keen to learn and willing to work in a fast paced environment. You will be able to deliver results on time, be willing to try new ideas and implement concepts into the production process. Experience in composite design and manufacturing would be highly regarded.
You will demonstrate:
- A positive can do attitude
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
- CAD skills (preferred Catia) 3D modelling and 2D drawing for manufacture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal form.
