The candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting in technology enablement for learning & development department of LUPIN. The Candidate should have good experience in Learning Management System, E-learning Development Process, IT Automation and knowledge for current learning trends. The candidate will interact with team members, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop engaging interactive web- and computer-based training products for all the Learning Trainings. The candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Must have hands-on experience in E-learning Authoring tools including Articulate Storyline & Adobe Captivate
- Understanding of Mobile learning, Blended learning, E-learning, Instructor-led training programs align with Learning Management System (SABA is preferred).
- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure learning can be developed using existing IT infrastructure.
- Has understanding of Graphic Design Tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Accountable for the successful and effective use of the LMS and other learning related software
- Support both administrative and technical aspects of the system including testing, deploying, and reporting on learning content through the LMS
- Benchmark industry standards and follow a path of continuous improvement for training products
- Understanding the learning technologies like SCORM, AICC, and HTML5 etc.
- Support the learning and development goals, objectives, associated processes, and tools to ensure integration with other areas of Human Resources
- Manage vendor relationships for key learning and development projects.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of gamification in the eLearning industry and learning environments is a bonus
- Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint is a bonus
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Instructional Design, or related subject.
- Minimum of five years of experience working with Training/ Learning & Development
Software:
- Microsoft Office
- E-Learning authoring tools: Articulate, Captivate
- Knowledge of LMS (SABA preferred)
- Graphics editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Desired: HTML5, Creative Cloud, Multimedia editing software (video, audio editing)
