Performance controller
What are my responsibilities?
- Provide all necessary support to management in achievement of short & mid-term objectives by:
- actively monitor the development during closing period through all input sources available & manage appropriate early warnings
- driving effective asset & cash management in the division
- monthly review calls with the region, resulting action items and appropriate communication
- preparation of required management reporting
- monitoring of the division performance & development of KPIs including growth, margins & cash flow
- Contribute to the budgeting & planning cycle through participation in:
- synchronization, communication & alignment of targets with all stakeholders
- ensuring higher reliability & accuracy of financial forecasts
- validation and ensuring accurate reporting
- any other related & required activity
- Involvement in handling the product discount process on behalf of HQ including:
- process optimization & supporting the countries / regions in complying with the defined guidelines.
- Active contribution in managing the quality & reporting of sales increase & productivity improvement measure including:
- manage the Siemens productivity management tool as a key user
- promote synchronization of agreed actions
- Monitor status and quality of actions in the division and push rectification if required
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Possess at least a bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting/Finance with minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, controlling & reporting activities
- Operational exposure preferably in a project business will be an added advantage.
- Analytical, meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and able to work under pressure.
- Advance knowledge of SAP & Excel
- Strong concepts of accounting & reporting principles and advance knowledge of IFRS
