HR Officer Job at National Bank of Greece Egypt

Job Duties: 1- Assist and support the HR MGs / Head in the various HR Functions including recruitment, Training & Development and general HR services. 2- Search, collect and select positive cvs required to fill vacant positions matching with required qualifications and experience. 3- Coordinate with Line Mangers interviewing process to select the best matching candidates. 4- Research and coordinate the best training programs needed for the development of the Bank staff. As well as providing general administration assistance to ensure optimal training success. 5- Performing General HR services like: Personnel duties, Bank’s signature book, Medical services provided to the Bank’s Staff as well as the employees’ pension program. 6- Reviewing and maintaining the employees’ files. Job requirements: Academic Knowledge: - Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related degree. Work Experience: - 0-2 years of experience.
