Insurance Client Service Administrator Job in Melbourne Australia

The Role
Responsibilities include:
  • Setting up new clients
  • Follow-up underwriting requirements for clients personal insurance applications and ensure all documents are filled out accurately
  • Managing end-to-end administration of a client portfolio
  • Establishing self- managed superannuation funds
  • Ongoing relationship management with clients
  • Transact investment purchases and sales using E-Trade / OpenMarkets
  • Banking, phone transfer & BPay
  • Client queries
  • Ad-hoc administration
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Must have Personal Insurance administration experience 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • High attention to detail
  • A professional manner and positive attitude
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
