The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up new clients
- Follow-up underwriting requirements for clients personal insurance applications and ensure all documents are filled out accurately
- Managing end-to-end administration of a client portfolio
- Establishing self- managed superannuation funds
- Ongoing relationship management with clients
- Transact investment purchases and sales using E-Trade / OpenMarkets
- Banking, phone transfer & BPay
- Client queries
- Ad-hoc administration
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Must have Personal Insurance administration experience
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- High attention to detail
- A professional manner and positive attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
