Essential job functions:
• Managing HubSpot (CRM) as per company expectation always making sure that all information is up to date at all times.
• Planning of phone activities from HubSpot assigned leads
• Make all the necessary number of quality calls
• Sales Acquisition – develop new business sales through onboarding your own clients through cold calling and leads that have been assigned.
• Cold calling potential opportunities as set out in agreed verticals.
• Converting leads as set out in KPI’s
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly results to be achieved
• Setting of Quarterly Goals and Objectives
• Superior Customer service
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Assist with overflow of support tickets and calls when required.
• Conduct webinars
Responsibilities:
• Meeting daily quota of quality phone calls
• Assisting Customers on how to use products and services including Customer training when required
• Follow up on all internal messages from Athena, Hubspot, Damo, whugo – including follow up on any finance request.
• Proactive approach as there are a multitude of objections to be overcome to get prospects over the line
• Identify any common issues/barriers which inhibit prospects from moving forward
• Negotiate messages rates, terms and conditions customizing ongoing solutions to all prospects according to SMS Global guidelines.
• Ensure that SMS Global processes are always followed
• Learn all Sales Acquisition Manuals in accordance to SMS Global expectations
• Be a High Sales Performer according to SMS Global expectations
• Relief all Sales personnel when they are going on vacation
• Maximize cross sell, up sell and solution sell opportunities with every prospect of existing Customers
• Meet all KPIs set out according to SMS Global expectations
• Prepare all weekly One on Ones, Monthly meetings to report progress
• Prepared G&O revisions every quarter in line with all the dates provided
