We are looking for motivated, agile and attentive people to join our Member Experience team. Your role will be assisting our members throughout the customer journey. You will engage with our members by phone, email and other communication channels to ensure they have a positive, professional and (above all) human experience each time they contact us.
To succeed in this role you must have great interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people. Training will be provided in superannuation and communications but curiosity and a willingness to learn about ethical investment and superannuation is vital.
The position is offered on an on-going basis with full-time hours. Our office is located in Potts Point walking distance from Kings Cross station, although we're looking to move into the city within the next 12 months.
Your day to day
Engaging with new members on the phone and assisting them through the onboarding process.
Corresponding with members, potential members and employers, ensuring they have a superb experience each time they contact us.
Making outbound phone calls to members of our funds to assist the transfer of funds into their accounts.
Working closely with stakeholders of the funds to maintain high-level of service for all members.
Other administrative duties as required.
