Role Description
• Create functional specifications/design by interacting with client stakeholders
• Able to work in agile delivery model • Able to provide solution to the CRM requirements in tight time schedule
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders
• Create High Level Technical design
• Configure and Customization of the CRM 2016 Online
• Coordination with offshore team
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
• Deployment of the CRM solution
Desirable Skills
• Excellent Communication
• Functional exposure in various domains. Well experienced in Sales and Services Module.
• Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
• Experience in integration of CRM with other applications using WCF services is preferable.
• Hands on Experience in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM.

IT Professional with 10+ years of career reflecting strong qualifications with hands-on Implementation/Consulting/ Software/Product localization & Development in Dynamics CRM 2013 / 2015 /2016 On Premise Or Online (Preferable)
