Familiarity with Customer Acquisition, Customer Onboarding and Customer Service business processes across Sales, Marketing, Contracts and Commissions
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously  .Ability to manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters
Partner with business users to define, document, and clarify business processes and requirements, and make recommendations for improvement Evaluate technical requirements and identify impact, risks, and benefits of alternative solutions
Lead cross-functional teams and direct work of developers, analysts and professional services vendors
Execute medium to high complexity configuration requests
Provide training and documentation for users on end-to-end system functionality
Document user acceptance and regression test scripts; coordinate and lead testing activities
Investigate complex problems in production environments
Mentor and provide support to junior applications analysts, interns and colleagues
Optimize usage of the Sales force platform across the organization
