Relevant Experience ::
10+years with end-to end implementation experience in Business Intelligence
Reporting with 2+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence. Technical knowledge with experience using Hadoop
Technical/Functional Skills
Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for the delivery of the same testing, training and supporting UAT cycles..
Technical Skill set required :
I. Business Intelligence
1. Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
2. Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
3. BI Publisher (BIP)
4. Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA)
5. EssBase.
6. Real Time Decisions (RTD)
Technical knowledge with experience using Hadoop
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skilled in using industry standard tools and techniques in OBI Reporting
- Extensive experience monitoring, tuning and/or changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations.
- Ability and attitude to assist junior members of the team in training on new products and technologies is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills. Able to produce audience appropriate communication with executives support personnel and customer personnel in tense escalated situations.
- Well- developed listening skills. Able to discern core issues in an environment where it may be difficult to determine what cause is and what is symptom.
- Good organizational skills. Be able to develop a coherent plan of action that meets everyone’s needs to resolve a given situation as quickly as possible.
Roles and responsibilities
- This role will involve working with the project team from various tracks like PMO, functional, Development & Architect, Infrastructure and Testing teams Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user requirements
- Propose solution to the customer for best fit of functional requirements
- Design document and solution document preparation
- Configure the application to implement business requirements
- End User Training
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities / coordinate and report on periodical basis to customer management
- Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis
- Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring review effectiveness on regular basis is must
- Agile experience would be preferred
