JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the project.
• Participate in all commercial meetings.
• Assist the SQS in finalizing the Contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
• Streamline all cost and quantity records.
• Advise the SRE and RE’s on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.
• Evaluate the unit rates for new work items, contractual claims and related concerns and present to the SQS for review.
• Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements.
• Monitor the contractor’s resource allocation and partake in the auditing of payments to Contractors.
• Check and record measurements of completed work.
• Monitor contracts final cost estimates.
• Participate in the preparation of Final Account with all supporting documentation.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.
Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 7 years of related experience in large and complex infrastructure projects.
• Preferably with experience in project management / consultancy contracts.
• Preferably with relevant experience in Dubai.
• Excellent assessment, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Excellent written, and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.
