Our Talent Acquisition team plays an integral role in building Johnson & Johnson’s future through the sourcing, selection and hiring of top talent for our Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices groups.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our internal team on a 12 month contract. Based in Auckland you will be responsible for recruiting a diverse range of roles across these 3 different business sectors. You will utilise your innovative sourcing skills to scout, engage, attract and screen top-calibre, professional talent.
You will partner with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand key role requirements and source potential candidates through various direct methods, especially social media channels and databases. You will create talent maps and develop innovative and creative sourcing approaches across existing and emerging channels to develop and grow talent pools and work on key talent projects.

Previous experience recruiting for commercially oriented roles is required and specialist recruiting experience within the medical devices sector will be highly regarded.
You will have a proactive nature and be digitally savvy and ideally you have gained experience and demonstrated performance within a recruitment function in a corporate environment. You will pride yourself on your strong capability in attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with and lead candidates through the sourcing process.
The ability to interpret and report data and metrics in meaningful ways for our diverse businesses combined with strong admin skills and an organised approach will greatly contribute to your success.
