Lead TAR & Project Planner Job in Iraq

Lead Maintenance Planner (TAR) - 28/28 Days Rotation
  • Prepare project plan for minor and major, pipeline construction, Engineering modification.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve multi discipline complex issues on scheduling impact in time and be able to recommend solutions.
  • Update the S-Curves on daily basis in line with the construction progress
  • Review, comment Contractor / Subcontractor schedule and identify anomalies, construction logic flaw and main risks for the Project schedule
  • Ensure the Contractors and sub-contractors schedules are accurate and aligned with the overall Project schedule. Highlight any potential deviations in a timely fashion
  • Ability to interpret data and forecast outcomes of schedule and estimate.
  • Have through knowledge of fast tracking, Crashing & recovery of project schedules.
  • Understanding of Critical Path (CPM) and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking, and earned value analysis.
  • Plan and Develop effective and proficient project plans for the assigned jobs as per their requirements and needful details
  • Efficiently communicate with project team members & clients representative for capital & turnaround projects details & ensure completion of projects according to the accepted standards of time & quality.
  • Develop and update project master schedule for an overall view of the all projects activities and durations
  • Develop resource plans, progress curves and forecasts, ensure optimum utilization of the resources in the project
Role Intent
  • Deliver Minor & Major Projects to international standard
  • Coach and mentor local planning team
  • Track and Report the construction project

Qualifications

 
    You must have :
    • You must have above 15 Years’ experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract) EPC & FEED Planning experience
    • You must have degree in Engineering
    • You must have practical exposure to production facilities
    • You must be proficient in Planning tools – Primavera 6
    • You must be proficient in Project management tools – MS Project, PowerPoint
    • You must be a Native / Fluent in English
    • You must have evident career progression
    • You must have good employment track record
