The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensure the site quality assurance program is followed to achieve all quality controls at the site
- Compliance of Feedsafe, ensuring all operational activities comply with the program which in turn will ensure Feedsafe accreditation is maintained
- All customer complaints when investigated are actively supported to ensure timely responses to customers
- Be part of, lead and contribute to an effective team environment at the site
- Demonstrates Ridley values through leadership, team work, training and cross skilling
- Ensure a healthy work culture is maintained at all times
- Demonstrate Ridley's values through all communication and support of team members
- All aspects of the Ridley testing schedule is completed in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate inventory counting, reconciliation and reporting for the site
- Actively participate in daily, weekly and monthly site stocktakes. This includes any process improvement programs
- Be able to provide team leadership when and as required
- Actively supports the site by conducting clean and safe operation of plant equipment and systems
- Actively supports Continuous Improvement through participation with teams and effective contribution to improvements
- Follows programs and procedures required and actively take ownership and lead team members when required to ensure correct plant cleanliness standards are maintained
- Challenge the status Quo - utilise and lead continuous improvement teams and tools to identify and address root causes whilst making positive improvements
- Ensure training requirements are undertaken and competency is achieved. Complies with SOP/Work instructions
- Ensure all licenses are maintained for Forklift, confined spaces, and any other licenses required to perform daily tasks at the manufacturing site

- Solid prioritisation/organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Solid numerical, recording and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate with all key stakeholders and work co-operatively as part of a team
