Job description

  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on projects
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
  • Excellent Broker Network

Skills Required:

  • Experienced Real Estate sales background with a proven track record
  • Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
  • Excellent and proven sales and closing skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements.
  • Excellent market knowledge
  • Business development experience
  • Good English written and verbal
