- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on projects
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
- Excellent Broker Network
Skills Required:
- Experienced Real Estate sales background with a proven track record
- Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
- Excellent and proven sales and closing skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements.
- Excellent market knowledge
- Business development experience
- Good English written and verbal
