This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and we are looking for someone to start within the next 2 weeks so you must be immediately available for work or on a short notice period and be happy with working on a temporary to permanent basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls from customers to discuss:
ü Quotes
ü Sales Enquiries
ü Stock available
ü Deliveries
- Correspondence to customers via email
- High volume processing of orders and adding on any amendments to orders
- Point of contact for compliant handling
- All areas of Customer Service and Administration; scanning, electronic filling, photocopying
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Full conversant with all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment
