The Senior Legal Assistant will be required to work closely with the other Senior Legal Assistants within the team and provide cover as necessary. Whilst you will be working as part of the document production team, you will also be asked to pick up additional work where required and support other teams during busy periods.

You will be responsible for:
- Producing documents through manual transcription, digital dictation and voice recognition
- To perform all typing/word processing, accurately and to deadlines provided.
- Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
- Transcript information from manual or audio documents.
- To schedule a book any appointments required.
- To ensure accurate information is documented on the file management system
- To be flexible and work as a team member.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Secretarial qualification, equivalent experience or a Law Graduate.
- Clear understanding of confidentially/Data Protection.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Must have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic
- Willingness to be flexible with the demands of the firm.
- Typing speeds of at least 50 WPM
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
