Technical/Functional Skills
  • Healthcare Experience

  • Experience in QNXT version 5.1
  • Understanding of Service-Oriented architecture (SOA)

  • Ability to understand complex business functions
  • Ability to understand system interfaces and effectively perform impact analysis / assessment
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge and relational database concepts

Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate work experience
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • At least six years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, health insurance delivery, claims processing, enrollment processing, premium billing, provider contracts or benefits administration desirable.
  • QNXT configuration experience required on version 5.1 or later.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Possesses full knowledge of phases of systems analysis as relates to configuration, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
  • Thoroughly understand health plan’s environment and how QNXT software can be used to increase efficiencies, cost effectiveness and quality care.
  • Functions as subject matter expert for industry and system related issues.
  • QNXT configuration experience required on version 5.1 or later.
