The Associate Program Manager assists in leading the account teams that act as on-site extensions of the clients HR function. This role provides day-to-day guidance to ensure the client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner though the management of full P&L, client relationships and Alliance Supplier relationship management, account management, team management and people development.

- Produce the best client and talent match by delivering against a consistent and effective recruiting plan and ensuring the correct quantity and quality of talent is maintained in a pipeline aligned with the client’s needs
- Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
- Meet with key department contacts and end users on a daily/weekly basis to assess business needed, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with the RCS service levels, and opportunities for growth
- Utilize VMS technology to manage PMO office, conduct supplier vetting, ensure scorecard compliance and deliver cost savings
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams by offering innovative solutions, working with both clients and talent to execute strategic initiatives and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and workers compensation, and client specific requirements as needed
- Effectively deliver upon Randstad’s operational standards with excellence achieving 100% fulfillment while using RCS specific tools for recruitment, selection, retention of talent, and client development activities
Education:
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Work experience:
- Three to five years of business experience with a minimum of one in either staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and identify customer’s needs to deliver, while declining, or adjusting expectations
