The Person

•    Project Management professional with min 15yrs experience
•    Experience with developer would be advantageous but will consider either consultant or contractor background
•    Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or associated discipline
•    Fluency in French & Arabic is essential
•    Strong commercial awareness
•    Demonstrable track record in delivery of projects form cradle to grave
•    Familiarity with similar high value mixed use developments
