GENERAL MANAGER for IRAQ Job in Dubai United Arab Emirates

Looking for a GENERAL MANAGER for IRAQ. Person will be permanently based out of DUBAI, but will be required to travel to Iraq often. Role will report to the Chairman Person must be operating at CEO/COO/GM/EVP/SVP level right now for a Mid size/Large MNC or Promoter Driven organisation. * Iraqi Nationality NOT a MUST * Arabic Speaking a BIG advantage but NOT a MUST * Previous exp working in IRAQ is a MUST * Person will work like a CEO for Mixed Used upcoming Projects coming up in IRAQ. * Large and Complex upcoming projects comprising of Shopping Centers, Residential Projects comprising of Villas and Apartments Project Complexity Details:- • 6 Shopping Centers – 30,000 SQ Meters with 100 – 200 Retail units • Residential project - 2000 Villas + Apartments • Negotiating on Several other major Sites in excess of 40M SQ FT per site • Shopping center number 1 is in design phase & Residential community number 1 is in Design phase
