As Global Mobility Software Implementation Manager you will have the exciting role of leading the design, configuration and implementation of company products. You will be working directly with clients; presenting prototypes, addressing queries and providing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead client working sessions presenting prototype alternatives and solutions
- Participate in external client training sessions such as webinars, user conferences, client specific training sessions, etc.
- Establish and provide direction for the configuration and building of system components
- Work with Business Analysts to document system requirements
- Mentor Business Analysts including industry training, soft skills and best practices
- Collaborate with Project Managers when setting weekly work agendas
- Provide internal training to Business Analysts on global mobility industry, best practices, technology queries and soft skills (proactive communication strategies, fostering positive working relationships, business writing...), etc.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing as needed to assist in sales efforts
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Global Mobility working with a relocation management company, consulting firm, tax provider or management of an in-house global mobility team
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a software related environment
- 2:1 Degree or above
- Strong technology/software background
- Proven experience fostering successful client relationships
- Software configuration and/or business analyst experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills- particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel up to 10%
