Office Manager-Oil and Gas Job in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We have a vacancy for above-mentioned position for Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi 
We are looking to fill the position with relevant experience and with qualified 
Area of Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, preparing supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Receiving external calls from customer, suppliers or vendors and arranging those calls to designated personnel/departments.
  • Assisting operations department into day to day paperwork, reports and doing archiving to them.
  • Handling administration stuff that include airline tickets reservation, arrangement of hotel/accommodation, car rental, per diem to visitors, arrangement of transportation and other requirements based on work needs.
  • Giving hand to invoices and reports of jobs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Measurement Criteria:
  • Customer Satisfaction.
  • Number of accurate monthly reports.
  • Cost control initiatives.

Customers Service Executive (Abu Dhabi) - Parking and Removing / Relocation experience mandatory.
