Title: Operations Manager
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Manama, Bahrain
Responsibilities:
The position will manage the Operations team to ensure that all customer money is managed and accounted for through the full customer lifecycle.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all customer investments and withdrawals and any other customer requests
Manage day to day service operations of a team that deals directly with customers
Internal SLA’s in place and clear KPI’s for all members of the team
Ensure transactional efficiency and optimum customer experience
Experience:
Minimum education of Bachelors Degree
Must have experience and qualifications/recognition in running a customer operations team in financial services
Minimum 10 years in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience of managing people
Expert knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
